​Low impact group in a comfortable setting. Stretching the tight muscles and strengthening the weak. Balance and core strengthening to improve stability, prevent injury and improve quality of life. Great for all ages!

Full Body Tone

A full body workout for all ages that relies on compound movements and high repetitions, rounded out with a full body stretch. 

Bootcamp

These drills will physically challenge you.  Every class is different and will challenge you in new ways.  Some challenges are: HIIT, Tabata, and AMRAP - everything to challenge your strengths and cardiovascular system and leave you with a satisfying workout!
